President: Head of UHP, runs the meetings

President-Elect: Two year term, serves as
president after being president-elect, learns from the president, in charge of
community service

Secretary: Takes the meeting minutes, serves as
editor of the newsletter
o
Treasurer: In charge of social events, doesn’t
actually involve money, reserves rooms for meetings
o
Historian: Two people serve role, take pictures
and video, record and document UHP activities
