Alice opened the meeting.

Thanks to everyone who helped with Relay For
Life and the Fashion Show.

Last call for pictures! If you have any pictures
from any UHP events please send them to Cassady Tetsworth or Irma Stevens. The
pictures will be for the end of the year slide show.
·
Relay For Life CURE Shirts
o
If you haven’t got a shirt yet, they can still
be purchased for $10. Come by the Cone Center and get one before they run out!
·
Save the Date – Spring Banquet
o
April 30th, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the
Lucas Room.
o
Look for an RSVP
coming out this week in your email.

Professor Rothwell Talked about….
o
Everyone will be receiving surveys in your
email. Please fill these out they help a lot. They are used for priority
registration. If you want this benefit, fill it out. J The surveys are also asking
for mentors for next year!
o
Keep a look out for the invitation to the Spring
Banquet; they should be coming to your email. Please RSVP and attend!
o
Senior Presentation will be done Thursday, come
if you are interested in seeing what happens and how everything is carried out.

Each officer told about their positions and what
they do.
o
Historians (2) – Take pictures at events and
make slide show for Spring Banquet.
o
Secretary – Takes minutes at the meetings, Makes
and sends out newsletters, Responsible for nominees and making sure they know
the rules during campaigning.
o
Treasurer – Social Events coordinator. Plans all
our wonderful events!
o
President Elect (2 year term) – Shadow
president, so you can assume the role the next year.
