Weekly Update October 22, 2012

Good Morning UHPer's!

I hope you all have had a great weekend and looking forward to another week!  We have a few quick updates for you this week:

• Operation Christmas Child: Our wrapping party for the shoe boxes will be held on November 2^nd from 3:00pm-5:00pm in Cone 111. During the time period from now and then please bring in boxes and toys to the Honors Office.
• On November 14^th please bring your shoe boxes to the meeting! On November 15^th at 4:00pm we will take the boxes over to the church. If anyone is interested in helping to transport these boxes to the church please email me at ccuthrel@uncc.edu!

• Humane Society:If you are interested in volunteering at the Charlotte Humane Society please email me at ccuthrel@uncc.edu. October 27^th from 8:00am-11:00am will be the last opportunity to volunteer!

• Crisis Assistance: Remember to respond to Crisis emails if you are involved with that! • Venture:Reminder for those who RSVPed in the survey share, Venture is on October 26^th at 3:30pm!

• CPCC Orientation:If you are interested, please email David Jordan at djorda33@uncc.edu

• Registration:The class Schedule is available. Everyone should meet with your advisor to make sure you do not have any holds on your account.  Priority registration starts November 5th, 2012.  If you have any questions concerning the Honors Program and your schedule, you can make an appointment to meet with Connie Rothwell or a graduate assistant.
